Air grabber hood

Found in June 2005 in a Mopar junkyard in Catawissa, MO. With a little coaxing form my wife, I bought this beauty of a rust bucket. I had just previously finished doing a '73 'Cuda and '70 Challenger and was not looking for another project. Thanks wife.

Originally this was a 383, tawny gold metallic (GY9) car. It took me a little over a year to do a full rotisserie restoration on this rare find. It came with an original air grabber hood that actually worked even while parked at the junkyard.

It's first car show it took first place in its class. This original Bee grabs a lot of attention at the local cruises because of how rare they are. This car is a tank to drive compared to my other Mopars but fun it is!
