I was looking for a 71-73 Charger for months, mostly looking on e-bay sites and ClassicCars.com. I have to confess I did not know there was a Super Bee in '71, but when I did find out I only was looking for this fantastic and rather rare car.
I did find my really red Bee at last on the e-bay. The seller and owner was a fantastic lady from Pennsylvania. She have given me all the information and pictures of the car during the auction time. The very good communication gave me a good feeling and trust, when at the auction end it was no doubt, this was the one.
Buy a car on e-bay can be rather risky, especially, when you live far away and are unable to look at the items first. You have to have some luck and a seller to trust, and a lot of pictures like I did.
I don't have much history on the Bee, just that the last owner (before my female seller) a retired teacher dissembled the car in and did some rust work, and engine job etc. He got sick and had to sell her before the car was ready, some work to do on this Bee, but nothing major and it looks like she has all the parts intact and present.
